Refelction

Date: 26th April, 2022 In Today's class we had a group work presentation and a hour long teaching. I have observed that all my fiends who presented had chosen different modes of presentation. It was interactive and interesting too. I learnt that teaching learning doesn't only takes place when tutor teaches us but we can also learn from our friends and ourselves. It also reminded me of how team work, cooperation and collaboration is important because I have noticed my friends doing interactive presentation. Without teamwork, cooperation and collaboration, this would not have happened.  From today's class, I was amazed to see the improvement in my friends speaking skills and their confidence. Law provides a structure through which the exercise of power is subjected to agreed rules, guaranteeing the protection of all human rights. There is no rule of law within societies if human rights are not protected and vice versa. Human rights cannot be protected in societies without a strong rule of law.  Laws is the implementation mechanism of human rights turning them from a principle into a reality. Laws provide the means of redress when rights are not upheld. Laws and Human Rights belongs to the universal and indivisible core values and principles of the United Nations.  Laws and Human Rights are two sides of the same principle, the freedom to live in dignity. Law and Human Rights have and indivisible and intrinsic relationship. Human Rights should be protected by the rule. The...
